Lucid Dreaming & Sleep News
Most "dream news" online is recycled listicle content: the same five tips reworded for the hundredth time, with no connection to what researchers are actually publishing. This page is our attempt at something better. This is a straightforward, continuously updated record of what's actually being written and studied about lucid dreaming, REM sleep, and dream cognition.
The feed below aggregates research and reporting from sources like PubMed, PsyPost, and other newspapers, universities, and independent publications covering sleep science. Each entry links out to its original source; for now we're keeping our own commentary to a minimum, though we plan to layer in summaries and analysis of our own as this page matures.
This is an early version of the page. As part of Orphyx's ongoing roadmap, we plan to expand the list of sources, add filtering by topic and source type, and build out the editorial layer mentioned above. For now, consider it a clean, no-nonsense feed worth bookmarking if you want to keep up with the field.
