I have been eating a lot of foods with Vitamin B6 lately, and I have noticed that I am getting many more nights where I remember many more dreams, and not only that, the dreams are getting very vivid as well. Does anyone else have any past experience with Vitamin B6?

This is a bump to let people know that I have started to chart my Vitamin B6 progress.

I find one or two B6 an hour before bed, as well as one or two after 4.5 hours of sleep works best! But I would only take these for 3 days in a row at the most!

Please tell me how it goes! I might try taking a B6 supplement if it works for you! Thanks ^_^

I have been taking over a week now, I have had some amazing dreams. But you have to take the B6 supplements right before you go to bed, to properly work.

How is the lucid dreaming, SP and AP? Also, have you noticed any physical changes, abnormalities, or illnesses due to the taking of B6 everyday?

I took a 2-dose Vitamin B6 pills last night an hour before bed and it had no effect. My dreams had the same dullness and illogic they usually do.

I've been taking Vitamin B6 100mg supplements every night ever since I posted this thread, I have not noticed any physical changes. I do have increased dream recall now, and I can remember at least a couple dreams in decent vividity every night. I also have a lucid dream at least once a week, usually on weekends because of school on week days disrupting my standard sleep cycle.

I've been taking a more powerful B-6 supplement and it has been helping. The only physical change of note is extremely orange urine :3

Banana's have B6 don't they? Last night i read on the forum that bananas can help you remember your dreams and stuff so i had one about 30-60 mins before i went to bed and i had vivid, clear dreams and remembered about 5, all vivid so it works! If it matters, the banana was brown but inside was white and healthy :D

Cool I'll test this out. I've never heard it before.
