Video That Gives You More Lucid Dreams
Last year my partner Pete created two subliminal lucid dreaming videos - using a combination of subliminal images and sounds, NLP, light hypnosis and dream incubation. The videos have turned out to be really popular and we've had some cool feedback about how they helped people increase their recall and - yes! - trigger lucid dreams spontaneously.
A subliminal lucid dreaming video is a world first and so it's quite exciting to see it work on a big scale. Perhaps this is something we should develop further. So I'd like to know from our own forum members... does it work for you? Do you notice better dream recall or intensity? Do you become lucid?
Watch the videos (in two parts) for free on the main website:

NB - No lucid dreaming technique is guaranteed. But you can certainly increase your chances of dreaming lucidly in any given night. If after watching every day for a week the videos don't do anything for you, then accept and move on to another technique. Like many lucid dream methods, we expect it to work for SOME people SOME of the time, but not ALL people ALL of the time! But I hope you enjoy giving it a shot ;)
I think that anything suggestive can lead to some sort of breakthrough... Will give a shot when my shoulder is a bit better.
I tried it for 6 days and it didn't work for me. But English is not my first language, and I haven't heard the word "vivid" and "lucid" in other contexts, so that might be the problem. I understand all the words in the video, but not subconsciously. I could translate "I am lucid, the world is vidid" to my Danish, but I don't think that would help that much, when the video is in English. I could also try to "learn" the words by reading a lot of sentences, that contained the word... But I think I will just try other techniques.
Here are some external forum threads I found where our videos were reviewed by other lucid dreamers:

I remember watching this video the first day it was released. Pete and you did a great job.
Me and a close friend used to pump ourselves up talking about LDing and then watch your subliminal videos before going to sleep. It never actually worked for either of us, but at least the song Pete made kicks ass xD
Really nice job on the video. I will give it a go this week and let you know how I get on.
Hi, I can get the second one to load up no problem, but not the first is there a problem with it?
Thanks for letting me know. This was a bug, I've fixed it now (I hope).
The same thing had been happening to me the last few times I'd tried to load it. I just assumed it was an error on my part. Works now though!
Fixed now no problems. No lucid dreams yet, but the dream recall is getting better.
Can I watch the video 5 times simultaneously throughout the day and have a better chance of a LD ;)
It worked I became lucid for 10 seconds 8-) Watched it 6 times before I went to sleep
I like that song that goes along with that subliminal video, but the video made my eyes kinda hurt.
Are you supposed to watch that video right before sleeping, or right before trying a WILD. Also, are you not supposed to watch it if you have never had a lucid dream before, or will it help to have a first one? :?:
it gave me a lucid dream beacuse i woke up did wbtb then before i went to sleep watch the first one a lot then the second one ones then went to sleep and bam lucid dream
Not sure if it was the video, but I had a lucid dream this morning, hooray!
worldenterer wrote: Are you supposed to watch that video right before sleeping, or right before trying a WILD.
I watch before sleep. I have spontaneous DILDs often caused by subconscious triggers (like the mere mention of lucid dreaming during the day). So the videos are very powerful on me. I am very suggestible, a hypnotist's dream subject. :D
If you WILD in the morning, immediately upon waking, then don't disturb yourself by getting out of bed to watch the video. That could be too stimulating, and the idea is to fall asleep (consciously).
But if you WILD in the afternoon and are already awake and about, watching the video beforehand could really help.
worldenterer wrote: Also, are you not supposed to watch it if you have never had a lucid dream before, or will it help to have a first one? :?:
It will help first-timers and pros. There is no difference in the trigger mechanism. We all have to simply realize that we're dreaming. That never changes with DILDs.
I like these videos. I watched the videos last night just before I went to bed and I had a few more dreams than usual, I am going to watch them again tonight and see what happens. If I get success, I'll make sure to write. I hope it works.
hey alright my story... i used to pee the bed and i would do this by dreaming of useing the toilet lol and i fixed it by realizing i was dreaming when i used the toilet but NOT realizing that in fact i was in a DREAM where i control everything so i usually just told myself to wake up so that i could go cuZ obviously i had to lol... anyways i had my first lucid dream the very day i found this site... i had an order of caleaa in(which didnt work for me) and i have realized i will not be capable of lucid dreaming untill i get my schedule solidified like perm bed time etc... things i just dont do cuz im young and silly...anyways im trying your video now as well as reality checks i stab my thumb with my middle or index finger nail... i have been a dreamer my whole life in the sence that i think of the most amazing most impossible goals to acheive and thats made my life suck ballz but if i can touch my dream even if for 60 minutes i think it would help me out a lot to get back out there and try to reach my incredibly impossible dreams after all immortality is within 20 years from today sooo i should not give up on life just yet... your subliminal message video looked a lot like chucks intersect but obviously quite a bit less to see... needless to say i tried it and ill let u know if i get my second but first TRUE lucid dream by your videos in the next week? was it? thx for the video and thank you for the site... and thank you all for my first lucid dream where i screamed in pure joy and was immediately torn away ^^ ty all VERY MUCH yallz rocks
you said to only watch the video once... what if one watched it say 3 times cuz he kept blinking?
I was just wondering why it says that you should only watch the second video once a day? because I have already watched it about 3 or 4 times :? I just want to be sure that nothing weird is going to happen to me...lol. (It sounds very promising, I hope it works for me :) )
The video won't kill you  it's just better to watch it once a day. The reason? It's all science and stuff very deep. Sweet dreams,
Could you make a downloadable version of this video rebecca? I would ike to be able to watch it in bed or somewhere else comfy so I am already in a hypnotised state. I feel like the suggestion would be much stronger then.

Pete says that it's only necessary to watch once a day - ideally before sleep. It goes in subliminally.
You can watch it 200 times if you like! But I don't think it's going to increase your chances of success by 200 times ;)
I found out about these videos yesterday and decided to try it out. I waited roughly untill bedtime, watched the NLP video twice and shortly after that the subliminal one.
I had real trouble falling asleep for the first time in over half a year this night, to the point where I decided to take my melatonin suppliment. I eventually fell asleep, but it still didn't come easily and it was the lightest sleep I remember having, as if I was always aware of my body laying in bed (I did dream, though, and realized during recall that I wasen't aware of my physical body during those dreams).
Usually, I get hypnagogia around the time my body goes numb and fall asleep to it, but this time, I remained too conscious for hypnagogia to manifest. Even with a quiet mind, I would lay there and realize my body was long past numb, but sleep didn't set in.
If I can have some feedback or suggestions on this, I will be very grateful :) Thanks.
I watched two of the videos last night, and I could control myself in my dreams. The problem is that I'm not sure if I was lucid.
Can we have an Mp4 version of the videos? It seems I can't download Youtube downloader to download the 1st part.
I want it to be played on my Nintendo DS
Hi, Thanks for sharing this unique information..
These videos worked for me.I watched them just before I went to sleep. It seemed like I was instantly dreaming when I fell asleep (at least it seemed that way).My dream started out as normal but then I was suddenly aware that I was dreaming,I don't know how I came to that conclusion,it's like I just knew.I did a reality check by looking at my hands and what do you know?? My fingers were all strange looking (long and short at the same time).I went outside of my house and I looked around.Everything was like a funny color outside as if the sun was setting and making an orange/reddish like hue.It looked beautiful and everything seemed very peaceful.I showed my husband my hands and explained to him that I was dreaming and he was in my dream. He agreed and seemed very surprised but happy.....
The only thing is that although I was aware of dreaming in my dream,I still didn't feel as though I was controlling what was happening...almost like I wasn't really sure what to do at that point....but at least i didn't get too excited and wake up as I usually do when I realize that I'm dreaming....
Thanks Rebecca, this video absolutely works,no doubt about it!!! :P

This video looks very good to watch, I have to watch it now.
I watched both videos just before bed last night and I may not have had a lucid dream but I had what felt like 4 different dreams that I could remember. I'm pretty sure I've had a lucid dream before. It was a nightmare though. I also had a false-awakening and that's what scared me the most because I had never experienced anything like it. The dreams that I had last night felt awesome and upon waking up I could remember almost all of them. I am definitely going to be watching these videos again tonight, hopefully I will have a good lucid DREAM. :D Thanks for all the information on this site. Lucid Dreaming has me intrigued and I can't wait to learn even more! Thank you Rebecca! :D
Saw both videos last night and without performing any technique i was able to recall 3 dreams 2 of them in great detail.I'm keeping a Dream Journal for a couple months now and each dream is like 2-3 lines or even less..I could hardly recall any dreams but last night..specially the last 2 dreams i had i remember so many details and for the first time i saw a digital clock on one of them..unfortunately i didn't perform any RC though :( i was with a friend in and i told him to sleep 3-4 hours till 8pm i thought it was 4pm but i saw a digital clock and it was 1:15pm!!! Wish i would check the time again.. I'll def watch the videos again tonight and i will stop performing more RCs when im awake :D Thank you! :)
It works! :)
(hate to resurrect posts like this, but thought I might chime in on my experience)
I'll be honest, after watching the second video, I was unable to fall asleep. I suspect it had something to do with the flashing lights, so I might not have very good tolerance to flashing lights. I also felt a little bit off when watching the video, but I suspect that had something to do with my earbuds clogging up my ears, and the aforementioned flashing lights issue. I'll have to see how it worked when I'm able to get to sleep next.
I'm new at learning the art of lucid dreaming I just begun four days ago but I usually had 1-2 dreams ecah night and that didn't even guarantee if they were very vivid but after seeing these videos before going to sleep I remembered 4 different very vivid dreams! Thanks so much and I'll keep working to achieve my very first lucid dream. :) :D
I appreciate the effort on the video, but the narrator speaks so quickly you feel like you are being rushed along, and you never get a chance to visualize anything. If you want someone to visualize a scene, you have to give them time to build it in their minds before you start giving other instructions one after another. I didn't even have the scene in my head before the gentleman was telling me to do reality checks, etc.. His rushing me along started giving me a headache, so I had to turn it off. Also, for me at least, fast-paced music was not at all conducive to working with visualization. Thanks again.
p.s. i do appreciate the idea behind the video.
cool site > http://luciddreamingland.com/
Not 100% sure if the video worked but i did have 5 dreams last night and woke up after each one but that also could of been because i took a tablet that had some vitamin sorta thing to help dreams that i read about but anyways thought i'd let you know that the videos probably do work :)
It Totally worked for me!!!!!!! I had a very vivid dream while I had not lucid dreamed, it was awesome anyways!!!!!!! At the end I got picked up by a wave and I'm like: Holy crap I'm dreaming, then the wave dropped me and I fell through the air and then I woke up. When I woke up I realized it was meant to be a nightmare. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
But English is not my first language, and I haven't heard the word "vivid" and "lucid" in other contexts, so that might be the problem. I understand all the words in the video, but not subconsciously. Echthaarperücken
