Losing Lucid dream

Its been a months that i didnt make any LD. I cant have any lucid dream anymore, i dont know why??? Of couse, i do my RC consciously, i write in my journal, use WBTB, MILD. I know how a lucid dreaming look like, cuz i already have 3. I already had 3 experience.

Need answer which will help and reply directly to my question.

You could try diffrent methods. You could try WILD or maybe stop WBTB. You could even buy a LD mask. Im not saying im a proffesional in this, just trying to help. Hope this can be of use :)

Thanks to you artic65, nice idea for the mask, i didnt think about it. And thank you very much DeltaV for the website, it help me a lot. Thanks to you two for the help.

I believe "trying hard" might be a good solution for some, but not to all. For me, for example, if i try and try, no LD comes out of this. If i, then, stop trying, i free my mind from this and an LD appears out of nowhere. I believe that we have to be free of stress and not focus too much. Maybe that's your case, Je-Je. I have 1 LD per week. It happens mostly when i sleep more and don't have to work the next day. That's when i have a more relaxed mind. But this is me. It could be different to you.

Yeah maybe it was the stress. I will try to meditate, it help me to relax. Thanks

I agree with Highlander. If I try too hard; no LD. Just stop 'trying' and think "it'll happen; maybe not tonight; but soon enough" , and there you go; an LD ( right away after letting go). Meditate je-je. It helps I think.

Thanks mia, i will think it will happen, maybe tonight i will get a LD.
