Ingredients of Dream Leaf, is it changed?

I bought Dream Leaf last week, and i noticed that it has NOT 5-HTP and Choline. Instead of them, Valerian root, Hops Flower, Magnesium and L-theanine is included.

Official website says:Blue pill has 5-HTP and Mugwort. Red pill has Huperzine-A, Alpha GPC and Choline Bitartrate.

My Dream Leaf:Blue pill has Valerian root, Hops Flower, Magnesium and Mugwort. Red pill has L-theanine, Alpha GPC and Huperzine-A.

Anyone know what happened?

The 5-HTP was probably removed because it is not a good idea for those on antidepressants* to take, and they wanted to keep their customer base wide.

Changing from choline to theanine is a bit harder to justify... Perhaps for the novelty, wanting to provide the latest, not the greatest, and assuming people get enough choline in their diets.

I'm not familiar with the system... Do you take the pills at different times?

save your money. B6 will with melatonin will intensify your dreams greatly but NO pill is going to give you a lucid dream. You still have to do the work. You STILL HAVE TO remember when you are dream that THIS IS A DREAM. A simple technique is to repeat to yourself "I am dreaming....I am dreaming....I am dreaming..." It is so simple its almost ridiculous but if you can continue on until you fall asleep you will likely carry it over into your dreaming state. This has worked for me many times.

i dunno i don't trust pills i just use raw oneirogens

where did u get it if u dont mind me asking?

Where do you get B6? Or Dream leaf.. I got the B6 at Walmart pharmacy. You get B6 in foods as well but you would be eating boats loads of food to get 100mg of B6. An exaggeration of course.
