I enjoy drinking green tea for my sources of caffeine and general mental clarity in the mornings. I've also found that drinking green tea before going to bed majorly increases my chances of a lucid dream. That might have just been a coincidence, or it might have been the active chemical, L-theanine. Has anyone else used green tea to induce lucid dreams?

Is Ice Tea Green almost the same? :p

I remember before the lucid dream that caused me to learn more about lucid dreaming and joining this forum, I drank Ice Tea Green that day :o So you might be right if Ice Tea Green is the same as green tea

It is almost the same, but I think the neurochemicals are more potent in the tea bag versions. :D

...Well as skeptical as I am, I don't see the harm in testing it out. I'll get back to you on this.

I too enjoy it and will share with you about Green energy drinks. I recently got it and found energetic effects. Have you ever tried these? What are your reviews. Is it really good? Thanks to suggest.

Okay I finally bought green tea, and however I didn't lucid dream, I could remember more dreams the next morning so it really helps in a way.

reen tea is generally considered safe with almost no known side effects. It seems to reduce the absorption of iron from food and drinking it can make anemia worse. If you need some more details about green tea benefits visit this site: http://www.mytwita.com/pages/organic-green-tea-in-india/pgid-1021930.aspx

I love my tea light and with honey but I usually drink it every morning. Maybe I'll try having teas at night just to try this lucid dreaming.

I find that a light green tea at bed can produce a nice level of lucidity and clear-mindedness optimal for entering dreams directly from awakeness. Though if it is too strong you won't be able to sleep.

I've also considered smoking green tea leaves to determine whether or not the potency is altered, or if the effects are different through that means of consumption.

Keep drinking green tea. :D
