It depends on the person. For me, I was a very strong Lucid dreamer, and then when i started smoking it went down hill.

I Posted today to try and find a way to make my Lucid state stronger again. I'm having a break from smoking, so I guess I will see if it made it worse for me or if its something completely different.

But yeah, Have a go if you arnt too sure. :)

PS: My friend told me yesterday that when she started smoking she lost her ability to Lucid dream.

So from what I personally know, I think It makes your chances worse. haha

What about if you moderate it? I usually smoke it once a week, that way more tolerance is really low so I have a good time, and its not really enough to make me lazy or less ambitious.

I think if you do it once a week it might help in some way, I would like to hear some other opinions about this.

Some of my friends who smoke a lot cant remember their dreams at all now.

Marijuana supresses all types of dreaming. When people go cold turkey after smoking heavily for years one of the symptoms they get is lots of extremely vivid dreams. It is as if their brain is trying to catch up with all the dreaming that they missed out on. It only helps with lucid dreaming if you are so wound up that you can’t relax any other way or if you have a bad reaction that sends you into sleep paralysis.
