Discrete alarm clock
This morning my wife woke me up on the couch at around 6am where I had fallen asleep watching Game of Thrones the night before and we went back to sleep and I had the craziest dreams for the next hour until I woke up late for work. I've heard this is a very common occurrence when you wake up about an hour before you are supposed to be up and then go back to sleep.
You better hurry up and get a patent on that lol ;)
you could try to put your phone on vibrate and put it under your pillow...?
i can't imagine digital watches with a vibrate function don't exist, nowadays.. deaf people need alarms too. Maybe if you do some research, you could find something like this.
use a biological alarm clock - experiment with drinking water at bedtime and work out how much you need to feel the urge to go to the toilet and then your body will wake you up around the same time each morning. It will also get you out of bed for a few minutes and may help with getting lucid when you try to get back to sleep
It might be rather difficult to find, but you might be able to create one by modifying an alarm clock to give out light (replace the speaker with an LED, I was originally gonna do this to create my own lucid dreaming device, but i never did it).
You could also set an alarm on your phone and plug head phones into it, just make sure that plugging head phones in does stop the speakers.

however if that would happen then you only need to stop taking it and the symptoms normally disappear after a while. So what I am trying to say is go for it.
Have an iPod? Set the alarm and sleep with ear buds in.
