Hello Dreamers.

I wants to hear some brain Waves or Binaural beats before sleeping, and I already do. But it's just on youtube, and I was thinking, which do you listen to? Something you've bought? Is there any free? :D

Oh, Rebecca, isn't it a Binaural beats mp3 there's free? I just can't find the link, haha. ^_^

Have nice dreams Mew

Hi Mewie,

okay, that's where I got mine from:

http://www.jetcityorange.com/binaural-beats/

it's free. It's only the binaural beats so it's a bit boring (there are some with underlying music). They come with different frequencies, to induce LD I use the slower ones, because this is the relaxed state of mind, so low alpha, all the theta ones and the delta file. And I don't have to tell you to use headphones of course :D

Bye, Toby

I made a nice Binaural that's been very effective for me and most people who have tried it.

The WAV version is the top link in the RAR file. There's a MP3 version at the bottom of the page too, much smaller, but lesser quality. It will still work just fine though.

It's a one hour long Binaural Beat. It starts around 30hz and slowly takes you down to 4hz over 10 minutes. It then keeps you there for 40 minutes... until it brings you back up to 30hz over another 10 minutes. :)

Enjoy!

So are you saying that this will help me induce a lucid dream?

You can get a free 20-minute sample of brainwave entrainment from Unexplainable Store: http://www.store.unexplainable.net/coupon.php?a=116

That's where I get the Lucid Dreaming MP3 from (also The Astral Projection MP3 which is awesome for inducing the ideal state for WILDs).

I've got one called Neuro-Programmer 3, not free but not expensive as well.

http://www.transparentcorp.com/products/np/overview.php

It is more than professional software to a hobbyist like me... you can make your own sessions and export as .mp3 with a very clean and easy interface ...

The software version 3.1 also has an interesting biofeedback interface to optimize your neural stimulation. You now can use EEG devices like http://neurosky.com/ or http://emotiv.com/ ...

IF you have a hacker blood in your blood stream you can try buy a toy called "Force Trainer" (about £20 quid) and connect it to arduino microcontroller ..

like this: http://frontiernerds.com/brain-hack

[All the best] Andre
