Hey I'm new here!

Hey to anyone that's stumbled across my post my names Luke i am currently new to Lucid Dreaming but i have studied a lot on the subject recently i haven't had any successful attempts yet as i struggle to fall asleep at night, I might have Insomnia i'm not sure but i think it's due to the fact that i can't get to sleep because I'm too excited to try have a lucid dream.

Anyways i just thought i'd introduce myself here and if i experience and lucid dreams i will be posting every single one of them and the techniques i use to help me gain Lucidity.

Also I am 16 even though that doesn't really matter. :D

ey Luke I'm also new here. I wish you luck on your endeavors of lucid dreaming. Remeber to keep doing it everyday and be consistent with your practice!
