Science proves it
So if anyone without friends who are also able to control their dreams feels they are unproven or looked at like they're crazy, well here you go. Science actually has tested and shown people can control their dreams.

Some people are idiots though, and won't believe you anyway, no matter how much evidence you throw in your face. And considering how many hyper mood swings I have had, I don't blame them for that.
Well, then I give up. Maybe we could sign a group witness form or a petition for you? ;)

Some people are just like Patrick when SpongeBob is Dream Sharing with him. SpongeBob keeps telling Patrick that he is dreaming and even shows him dream sign after dream sign, and yet Patrick just doesn't get it, and thinks he lost a quarter. Even at the end of the SpongeBob episode, he still believes he lost that quarter, and asks everyone if any of them has a quarter because he is oblivious.
Michio Kaku is just a Sesame Street Puppet on TV. Did he say anything innovative or is he just reading a script? I'm dumbfounded by how these people on TV are so dumb.
I want to teach Stephen Hawking how to lucid dream. Being a smart person I'm sure he's heard of it and can use his body again for a brief period. Why is it all considered hog-wash? I'm serious!
Anyway, as a lucid dreamer I can tell you, whatever the brain activity is for eating 'a chocolate cake' in reality is based upon past experience, and it's also activated in a lucid dream when you eat the illusion of 'a chocolate cake'. I am amazed by muscle movement too and how you can do a pull-up or climb a wall in a lucid dream and feel every muscle and every tendon stretch and work just like real life. (It's rare, but it has happened to me a few times). Stephen Hawking wasn't born in a wheel chair and it happened later in life due to disease, and (I shouldn't pick on him, but it sums up all scientists in general), he should learn to lucid dream!
I want them all to, and then come back to me with something important to say.

(It was an invitation to vent and kick a little Science-TV-Puppets around and I could have been worse!) 8-)

Yes, we all know that we get false memories and illogical thoughts no matter how 'lucid' you think you are. I've been lucid in a dream still trying to find that 'quarter' many times.... It's a good analogy.
But we all do it and it's nothing to be ashamed about. It seems to be a part of lucid dreaming unless someone tells me otherwise and that they have COMPLETE LOGICAL CONTROL! And that part of our brain gets shut off and the Amygdala reigns supreme which is emotion and memories without logic! You can't control it, but you can tame that beast!
(I'm still trying)

Fine by me. I am not sure why but I actually wonder what Hawkins dreams about? After all he doesn't believe in life after death so it's not like thing are looking up for him. Maybe he has dreams where his physics don't work and death isn't the end of all consciousness? :|
I don't want to kick someone when when they are already down, but body aside, I hope Mr. Hawkings wakes up mentally and learns to feel again! (just saying) "He's more machine than man." -Star Wars
I'll just go ahead and anger everybody and suggest he dream of girls in bikinis from time to time just like Monroe did.
(I think I just about pissed off everyone with my reply, but I like to joke to myself and I like to laugh.) I await The Nesgirl Carnage :|

You never know what simple pleasures might stimulate him. ;)
For the record I was wrong. It was Robert Waggoner in a interview I saw who said he use to 'chase girls in bikinis' in his lucid dreams a lot before he took it to the next level. Monroe said he use to 'pinch bottoms'. I was wrong. Both are innuendo and it seems like every guy tends to do that and I'm sure most women do too in their own way when first starting out lucid dreaming if you know what I mean.
I'm off on a tangent but I wanted to get my facts straight. Plus it's fun to push a few of nesgirl's buttons to get a reaction.

Let me give you a few facts: females are NOT squeaky toys. Nor are we teddy bears. So don't treat us like that. We deserve to be treated as humans. We desire to be treated as equals. We may be of a different shape than you, but we are still every bit as human as you are. And enough of this romance BS nonsense, I think it is about time for females to live in society as platonic equals, and for personal space to be realized. Oh and I usually tell others I establish anti-romance in my dreams and I sometimes have the characters get themselves fixed in my Lucid Dreams. My aromantic sister supports me and actually listens, saying that platonic friends are always better, whereas most other people insult me for that.

Picture Obi Wan standing before you making a quick hand gesture and saying, "This is not the thread you are looking for." Don't fall for Hagart's mind tricks. ;)

Look it isn't just him being inconsiderate (and I am sure he has had Lucid Dreams about treating ME like a doll), females are treated as inferior or as toys a lot by the opposite gender, and it really needs to stop. This sexist act has been a huge problem in society for a really long time, and females are having trouble fitting in because of it. I cannot tell you how many years it has taken for us to get jobs, to vote, or to even not be forced into a relationship with a guy. Yet social sexism still exist, and sexism in our society is even worse than racism. Many females such as myself, struggle to show everyone that we can function as equals in our society, and that we are all equal. However we need to keep our personal space, and not touch each other, because in society, we are taught personal space, and to keep our hands and feet to ourselves.
Actually many of my Multimedia stories that I come up with are in fact stories I come up with within my Lucid Dream or I zone out and I come up with them. Some of which I will role play. The most important ones I will sometimes Lucid Dream about Multiple times. The least important ones are discarded and forgotten. So technically I talk about them all the time with my professors.

The only reason they do it is because they know it winds you up like a toy soldier. Don't fall for the bait and see it for what it is.
By the way I will give you that women have not had an easy path to equality in the home or the workplace but you have to acknowledge that not all women want to play an equal game. Some even prefer the "game" the way it was when all that was expected was cooking food and making sure the "man of the house" was happy at night. Not all men are devils and not all women are angels.

Well just so any guy knows this, females are getting a lot smarter and many are taking self defense classes or are learning how to fight somehow. So invading their space would come at a very serious cost if you tried to do so.
Most do not. There are actually many feminist activist groups who are demanding rights. Also this is why partnerships suck so back, because it is obviously the females who do all the work. Being someone's personal slave isn't on my list. This is why living the solo life is much better, and why anti-romance is in fact a much better life for the female. They can live their own lives in freedom. You can say that not all woman are angels again, especially if a female suffers from mood swings. Or that thing that a few ladies have every few weeks (or with the right meds, quarterly), when they get super aggressive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RWcNcJuTHVo I am not exactly let's just say one of them, with some of the cruel things I do to my characters in my Multimedia Designs
Hey here's a video on how bad sexism can be: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LhjsRjC6B8U

Easy killer, I come in peace. ;) As I said, this is not the thread you are looking for. :?

As I said before, you are not doing anything wrong, you never implied once you would invade my space. But I thought I might post that to creep out one certain user who might think twice about trying to chase a female in a bikini or trying to pinch that female, because that female might fight back. And here is a video of a female beating up a repo man, really funny: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OSWb3Uc2cUI
I'll get back on topic though. Anyways, I met with some people and while they did believe a bit in Lucid Dreaming, they made fun of me for it, calling me too much of an escapist, and said I spend way too much time in my Lucid Dreams and not enough time in the real world. I told them I prefer Lucid Dreaming and Multimedia Design to the real world, and often escape to those areas to get away from the stress of reality. They started criticizing me for that, and asked me what do they have that reality doesn't? I keep trying to tell them about really fun things I do in those realities, and they just say they are excuses.
I admit I did a Jedi Mind Trick. I treat nesgirl like a cousin or a sister I never had and sometimes it's fun to poke you with a stick to get a reaction. I'm evil. I know it.

I don't think she would be happy with me anyways. I often get into arguments and even spats with my siblings, family members, and especially my own father for that matter, which sometimes leads to mood swings, and she always says to leave her out of it. Everyone in my family has their own set of unique traits though, I can say that. I definitely get my mean arguing side from my father's side, because his family line and himself were a very strict set of Democrats. Although I am an Independent. Politics is almost as bad as religion to be a follower in, because if you get involved and are dedicated in that, you are going to have very brutal arguments in that. Gender equality rights, Anti-Romance/Aromance acceptance, and Cloning are all political subjects, and are in fact discussed very much in politics. So I am in fact very much debating like my father would about politics, saying how certain politics and laws created would make the world a better place for this and that reason. That is how political debates in general work actually.
Oh and just to make it funny, I was having a Lucid Dream about a DC chasing me while I was wearing a Bikini, then I used some self defense moves and killed him, and said, "And that's what you get for trying to invade my personal space, MORON!!!" The other DCs saw exactly what I did to that guy and fled, saying, "We'd better not mess with girls anymore!! We learned our lesson!"

Actually we mostly don't hit below the belt, because that would only hinder the opponent. Often if we are fighting in desperation, we aim for the chest, the neck, and the head. The 3 areas that could literally cause a foe's death if executed properly. So yes we are literally learning how to fight and defend ourselves if we are learning moves that are teaching us to do things like this. People keep thinking that self defense is an act, but literally we could fight back.
